Order Processing 

*Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.                                     

 *Orders placed on weekends  or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

All orders  are shipped via Australia Post (Auspost) with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.

  *Orders  up to 5kg.Flate rate $11.00aud.                                                                                   

 *Orders  over 5kg.Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination. 

Free Shipping

*Free standard  shipping  on orders  over 100Aud (excluding oversized or heavy items.)

Estimated Delivery Times.                                                                                                                                     

    *Melbourne Metro:1-3 business days.                                                                                                               

     *Victoria Regional:2-5 business days.                                                                                                                 

    *Interstate (NSW,QLS,SA,ACT)3-7 business days.                                                                                     

     *WA,NT.TAS,and Remote Areas :5-10:business days.

Delivery times are estimate only and may vary due to Australia Post delays ,weather conditions, or peak shopping periods. 

Order Tracking.                                                                                                                                                         

 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive  a confirmation email with  a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery through Australia post.

Incorrect Address 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct  before placing your order. The Filipino Corner is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from Incorrect or incomplete addresses .

Damage or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
